At Real Groovy Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your music collection. If your purchase is faulty or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Ensure the item is in its original condition; new vinyl must be sealed, and used items must include all original sleeves and inserts.

  Email our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your records in a sturdy, dedicated mailer to prevent any warping or corner dings during transit back to our store.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or issue a store credit voucher within 3-5 business days.
